Winemaker Brian Graham crafts the collective story of his vineyards - one chapter at a time. Formally educated about eonology and wine-making at the University of Bordeaux, Brian also worked and was mentored at Chateau Roquefort. He went on to further his studies at the Wine and Spirits Educational Trust in London, after which time he worked for a boutique winery in Burgundy named Domaine Serrigny - Jean-Pierre & Fils in Savigny-Les-Beaune. These two experiences gave him the foundation for creating balanced, terroir-driven wines.
