Best Holiday Parties

Our Reservations Supervisor, Pat, grabbed me by the hand this morning and asked me how my ride on the Wine Train was this past Saturday. I loved it and had been totally looking forward to the lunch with my online strategy team. She beamed and said that even though she had been on the train at least 24 times, she still looked forward to going again and again.

My Saturday party was a great opportunity to reconnect with my team in person (we work virtually) and get them acquainted with our holiday routine – especially since they help with the marketing. What was really cool was my geeky friends were updating their Facebook pages in real-time and taking pictures AND printing them from a nifty little pocket printer they had brought on the train.

The conversation and camaraderie was unbeatable, the wine stupendous, and the meal absolutely delightful. I couldn’t have asked for a better setting. If you haven’t made the Wine Train part of your holiday party tradition you should really think about it.

On Friday, December 19, we have another amazing Vintner’s Lunch; this one with SoloRosa & Zmor Wines. I know Chef has a great menu cooked up to pair with some very interesting wines.

The day after Christmas is another perfect opportunity to kick it on the train with friends and family. Leave the wrapping on the floor, ignore the holiday leftovers and grab a ride through our beautiful Valley. Celebrate your relationships today and clean house next week.
