San Francisco to Napa Ferry Directions
Making your Reservation on the Wine Train
In order to take advantage of the Wine Train's San Francisco Connection you must make reservations at least a day in advance. Reservations can be made by calling +1.800.427.4124, or can be made online.
After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation email from our reservations department. Please print this confirmation email, as it will serve as your ticket for all connecting transportation.
The San Francisco- Napa Connection is $48 per person, available only with our lunch trains.Reservations Required. Leave San Francisco at 8:30, be back by 7:00. Depending on the time of year, you might take the Ferry or the Bus. Check the "Mode of Transportation Table" for details. Both the Ferry and the Bus will drop you off in Vallejo where you will board the Napa Valley Wine Train Shuttle.

How to catch the Ferry
Ferry Step 1:
This is the San Francisco Ferry Building. Its address is 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco, CA 94105. The BayLink Ferry departs for Vallejo at 8:30am on the ocean side of the building. We recommend you arrive at 8:10am.
Ferry Step 2:
To find the Baylink Ferry, start at the main entrance, just beneath the clock tower.
Ferry Step 3:
Walk through the Ferry Building, past "Peet's Coffee and Tea", towards the Bay and exit the building. Turn left (North). You should see something like this.
This is your Ferry.
Ferry Step 4:
After turning left (North), continue walking until you reach "Gate B". You will board the BayLink Ferry bound for Vallejo (pronounced "VAL-A-HOE") from Gate B. Please note, there are two ferries that depart from this gate at around the same time. Please be sure you are on the Vallejo Ferry and NOT the Tiburon Ferry. Once you are on the ferry, find a seat and relax.
Arrival In Vallejo:
Turn right. There will be a sign that reads "Ferry Terminal, Tourist Information". The Shuttle should be parked near this sign. Please give the driver your name and board the Shuttle for the Napa Valley Wine Train.

How to catch the Bus
Bus Step 1:
This is the San Francisco Ferry Building. Its address is 1 Ferry Building, San Francisco, CA 94511. The Baylink Bus departs at 8:30am from the bus stop just north of the Ferry Building on Embarcadero St. We recommend you arrive at 8:10am.
Bus Step 2:
To find the Baylink Bus, head to the main entrance, which is underneath the clock tower, but do not go inside.
Bus Step 3:
Turn left and head down the street towards the blue bus sign.
This is the blue sign to look for.
Arrival In Vallejo:
Turn right. There will be a sign that reads "Ferry Terminal, Tourist Information". The Shuttle should be parked near this sign. Please give the driver your name and board the Shuttle for the Napa Valley Wine Train.

Select your desired package. Guests taking the BayLink ferry or bus from San Francisco may participate in any Lunch package or Winery Tour packages during lunch. Make it a day trip or, spend the night!

Reserve your package by clicking on the date you plan on traveling, selecting how many tickets you wish to purchase, and choose "Book Now".

Fill out all the required information (marked with a "*"), and also be sure to check the checkbox labeled "Vallejo <-> Napa Round Trip Shuttle"

Be sure to check the checkbox for every member of your party that will be riding on the shuttle.
