Guests reserving this program will have a brief introduction from our Wine Educator Brent Trojan and his staff ... then on to the important part ... sampling each course with a presentation of different winemakers style of the featured varietal . This program is "fill-in" seating , your party will be seated with another party. Private tables are available for parties of four, or multiples of four at a table.
