- Gourmet Express guests disembark after completing their first two meal courses in the Dining Car during the one-hour northbound journey.
- Accompanied by Wine Train Staff they begin their private tour and tasting with Grgich Hill's Hospitality Staff.
- Tour, Tasting of four of their award~winning premium wines, and shopping lasts approximately 1-hour.
- Upon the Wine Train's southbound return, guests are boarded into a Parlor Car to enjoy the final hour southbound for their dessert course.
- This package is available Monday - Friday, and is fill-in seating.
