The Napa Valley Wine Train is 20 years old this year. We have been through floods, economic cycles, housing bubbles, and at least one generation of children have been born and graduated high school (maybe even college) as we have rhythmically traveled up and down the Napa Valley, usually twice a day since 1989.
We have served – literally – millions of meals and hopefully you have had one of them. For our 20th anniversary, we are collecting memories of experiences on the Napa Valley Wine Train. While we won’t limit ourselves to only the experience on the train, those are the memories we are most interested in collecting and posting on a special web page. We are looking for fun and personal “look backs” on our community and the last 20 years.
Will you tell us your story? Did you take your mother for her birthday one year? Get engaged? Get married? Do you come back once a year for a girl get-away? Just how many years did you do the Santa Train?
To enter: Send your story (150-500 words, although longer will be considered); a photo if available to sales@winetrain.com. Please include your name (though we do not have to use it online), address and contact number (either phone or email).
If we post your story, we will enter you in to a drawing for tickets for some upcoming and fabulous dinner opportunity. And, thank you for being a part of our history.
