Seatings ... Gourmet Express
Both Lunch or Dinner have a choice of two seatings
Seatings are not guaranteed, they are reserved on a '1st-come-1st-served' basis
First Seating guests board into a dining car for the northbound journey, finish the first courses and then retire to a Lounge car for dessert & coffee southbound to Napa
Second seating passengers board into a Lounge Car for cocktails & appetizers for the northbound journey to St. Helena
The Dining Cars are reset when the first seating passengers depart
Second seating passengers complete their other meal courses in the Dining Cars for the southbound return to Napa
Either seating affords ample time to visit the Wine Tasting Car or 'stretch their legs' and walk through the entire nine cars of the Napa Valley Wine Train.Seatings ... "FILL-IN"
"Fill-In" Seating is scheduled for special events such as Murder Mystery, Vintners Luncheons, Appellation Dinners and Varietal Voyages. Guests are seated with other parties for the event. Private tables are available for parties for four, or multiple of four.
