All meals are freshly prepared onboard as they are ordered in each of the three Railcar dining environments.

Award~winning Executive Chef Kelly Macdonald & his staff showcase their talent daily in all three restaurants using the freshest of regional ingredients and varying the menus seasonally.

Desserts are baked daily and choices are offered to all meal package excursion passengers, along with coffee or tea.
