Sharing Our Love of the Napa Valley
The Napa Valley Wine Train has a team of customer service representatives that answer the phones from early in the morning to late at night. We answer calls from all over the world and most people are very interested in all that Napa has to offer, not just their journey on the inimitable Wine Train.
In our lobby, we have what was once a small information desk, bloom into a full concierge service. There is a high demand for great tips on what to do in Napa, and we have our fingers on the pulse. How could we not? Our great neighbors, the Westin and River Terrace provide wonderful accommodations that hint of the gracious wine country lifestyle those of us who live here enjoy.
The Farmer’s Market (now moved to the upper parking lot) twice weekly rolls out the freshest produce any where in the city, along with my weekly dose of kettlekorn.
Gloria Curry has a wonderful oasis just steps away from the Wine Train and the Oxbow Public Market. She dishes out great body work in the form of massages and facials. Plus, she has the cutest collection of purses this side of the river.
If you are interested in Napa’s newest and hippest tasting room, drop by the Wine Train station and get your pass for a complimentary tasting of Ahnfeldt wines. A great way to get Uncorked.
Almost anytime of day, you can find a Napa Valley guest leaning over a map with our concierge discussing new opportunities for fun. A lot of the time, you will see a manger on the floor -- not just our concierge -- giving a visitor their special inside scoop or talking about a new favorite experience. This is true of our CEO, Greg McManus. He is so low-key that many times people don't even know they just visited with the head honcho
We are all pretty enthusiastic about sharing our love of the Valley.
