Gourmet Express Lunch
Soak in the splendor of the Valley as you embark on a leisurely lunch ride, settling into traditional rail seating surrounded by elegant etched-glass partitions. Embrace a slower pace while aboard antique Pullman rail cars on a return trip from Downtown Napa to St. Helena.
Afternoon Tea x Chandon
In collaboration with Chandon, this refined ride elevates your afternoon with a selection of premium teas, classic accompaniments, and a welcome Garden Spritz cocktail. Savor traditional tea service aboard a vintage rail car adorned with vibrant florals for an opulent old-world experience.
Tasting Journeys
Tasting Journeys offer a set of exclusive daytime adventures through Napa which includes wine with the purchase of a ticket. Choose from three elevated experiences: a six-hour adventure with stops at Charles Krug and V. Sattui, a seven-course tasting menu served alongside wide-open Valley views, and a visit to Grgich Hills Estate.
Legacy Experience
Set out on a full-day Wine Train adventure, where every detail is one to savor, and each moment is one to remember. Delight in stunning sights, four courses of Valley-inspired fare, and exceptional tastings at Charles Krug and V. Sattui — all while riding in sophisticated style aboard fully restored Pullman rail cars.
Grgich Hills Estate Package
After a gourmet lunch aboard the Wine Train, head north to historic Grgich Hills Estate, home to the world-famous winemaker Mike Grgich, who put Napa Valley on the map. Disembark for a one-hour seated tasting with the Grgich Hills team and sample estate-grown selections while learning more about the family-owned and operated winery.
Tasting on the Rails Lunch
Take a trip on the rails that’s equal parts charming and delectable. Onboard, you’ll indulge in a true feast for the senses with a tasting menu of seven courses — each expertly paired with Napa AVA wines. While seated, you’ll enjoy expansive vineyard views and endless rolling hills.

We encourage our guests to dress for the occasion, though we do not have an enforced dress code. Dinner can be dressier — some guests prefer cocktail party attire. Jackets are suggested on cool nights but are not required. It is always a good idea to bring an extra layer to make sure you are warm enough on board.
Children are welcome on board, and select packages have special rates. We do not offer a children’s menu on board the train. However, we can adapt many of our menu items. Our reservation agents are happy to provide parents with more information.
Wine Train guests are greeted with a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon boarding. Additional wine, wine flights, cocktails, beer, specialty drinks, and bottled water is available for purchase on board throughout your journey. A selection of experiences includes wine with your experience such as Tasting on the Rails, Legacy and Grgich tastings. Our smaller consist called the Legacy Train operates a daily 6-hour quintessential journey through Napa Valley. All other experiences are featured in our Main Train consist of a 3-hour lunch or a 2-hour 45-min dinner.
