The Napa Valley Wine Train cares deeply about its community and believes in prideful practices to assist as stewards of the Valley. Throughout the years we’ve donated and volunteered with local charities that benefit and impact our communities for the better.

Giving Back To Our Community
Rail Arts District
The Napa Valley Wine Train has partnered with Napa Valley Wine Train and Local Arts Community to create the Rail Arts District (RAD). RAD Napa continues to improve the “Cross Town Commuter Path” in the heart of downtown Napa by adding a variety of murals, sculptures, and landscaping. Guests get to enjoy the beautiful murals of RAD at the beginning and end of every Wine Train Journey.
Santa Train Jolly Journey
During the holiday season we donate a portion of proceeds of every Jolly Journey to a local organization that serves our community. This year we are donating to Napa Firewise to assist in their efforts to reduce the risk and impacts of wildfires through fire fuel reduction and community education in Napa County. We also encourage guests to bring a toy to the station ahead of their journey to gift to Expressions of Hope Napa and our local children in the foster care system.
Boys & Girls Club
The Boys & Girls Club Napa Valley was very special to our founder Vincent DiDomenico, he felt it was important to support their efforts and the impact they make on the children of our community.
Today, we are proud to continue that partnership, and uphold Mr. DiDomenico’s legacy. During the month of June a portion of the proceeds from our rides were donated to the Boys and Girls Club Napa as a thank you for all that they do.
Public Schools
Every Year the Napa Valley Wine Train welcomes Kindergarten field trips for a leisurely ride and a fun railway safety lesson.
Napa Valley Vintners
We are proud to support the Napa Valley Vintners and their wonderful contributions to promote, protect and enhance Napa Valley. During the month of June, we decorated the train with special banners in celebration of the Napa Valley Vintners as pillars of our beloved community.
