Vista Dome Dinner
There’s romance on the rails for you and your special someone aboard our elegant Vista Dome Dinner experience. As dusk descends, making room for a blanket of stars, you’ll be seated in the panoramic glass-dome dining car for a multi-course gourmet meal paired with a charming vintage atmosphere.
Gourmet Express Dinner
Guests aboard the evening Gourmet Express journey will indulge in three sumptuous courses, all served in our exquisitely refurbished Pullman dining car. As the train moves through the Valley at golden hour, passengers can visit one of three kitchen cars, where our talented culinary team crafts fresh Wine Country-inspired fare.
Tasting on the Rails Dinner
Sample and savor some of the Valley’s very best—for even longer. Make the most of daylight savings with a sunlit ride aboard the Wine Train from dinnertime to dusk. Onboard, you’ll indulge in a true feast for the senses with a tasting menu of seven courses — each expertly paired with Napa AVA wines. While seated, you’ll enjoy expansive vineyard views and endless rolling hills.
Murder Mystery Dinner
An evening of intrigue unfolds as you travel to yesteryear aboard the Wine Train. On select dates, choose from a collection of themed experiences and ride the rails for a mysterious game of cat and mouse. Each immersive murder mystery features its own suggested attire—from 50’s fashions to masquerade formal wear—and a delectable multi-course dinner.

We encourage our guests to dress for the occasion, though we do not have an enforced dress code. Dinner can be dressier — some guests prefer cocktail party attire. Jackets are suggested on cool nights but are not required. It is always a good idea to bring an extra layer to make sure you are warm enough on board.
Children are welcome on board, and select packages have special rates. We do not offer a children’s menu on board the train. However, we can adapt many of our menu items. Our reservation agents are happy to provide parents with more information.
Wine Train guests are greeted with a welcome glass of sparkling wine upon boarding. Additional wine, wine flights, cocktails, beer, specialty drinks, and bottled water is available for purchase on board throughout your journey. A selection of experiences includes wine with your experience such as Tasting on the Rails, Legacy and Grgich tastings. Additional wine, wine flights, cocktails, beer, specialty drinks, and bottled water is available for purchase on board throughout your journey.

Our smaller consist called the Legacy Train operates a daily 6-hour quintessential journey through Napa Valley. All other experiences are featured in our Main Train consist of a 3-hour lunch or a 2-hour 45-min dinner.
