On-Board Hospitality Team
Our front-of-house team is made of more than maître d’s, servers and bartenders. They’re stewards of the Valley, storytellers, wine and cocktail experts, and connoisseurs of cuisine. Collectively, they take care of your every need, offering a level of service reminiscent of the golden age of luxury train travel.
Culinary Team
Our passionate food services team sources fresh Napa ingredients, prepares each dish from scratch daily, and works harmoniously to deliver made-to-order Wine Country-inspired creations aboard a moving train.
Conductors & Engineers
The Wine Train’s knowledgeable crew is at the heart of our operation. Like a finely tuned machine, conductors and engineers coordinate up front and behind the scenes to make sure every journey goes off without a hitch, from start to finish.
Repair & Maintenance
Dedicated craftspeople maintain the nostalgic atmosphere that defines our journeys. Whether polishing the mahogany-wood paneling or tending to the train’s vintage components, they put the finishing touches on everything around you.
