Our front-of-house team is made of more than maître d’s, servers and bartenders. They’re stewards of the Valley, storytellers, wine and cocktail experts, and connoisseurs of cuisine. Our passionate food services team sources fresh Napa ingredients, prepares each dish from scratch daily, and works harmoniously to deliver made-to-order Wine Country-inspired creations aboard a moving train.
